Weights, cryotherapy and even a bit of hurling in Kildare on Monday afternoon
The days are ticking down for the British and Irish Lions upcoming tour of New Zealand this summer and many of those released from club duty have been busy getting themselves in peak condition for the series.
Warren Gatland's men took to the pitch in Kildare earlier on this morning as the Lions trained in Carton House.
Weight training, cryotherapy and even a spot of hurling were on the agenda.
