They will join at the end of this season
Bayern Munich coach Carlo Ancelotti has moved to strengthen his side ahead of the 2017/18 season by signing two players from Bundesliga rivals Hoffenheim.
The German champions have signed Niklas Sule and Sebastian Rudy but both aren't due to arrive in Bavaria until the summer.
Speaking at the announcement, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Bayern Munich's executive board chairman said: "Signing two Germany internationals is an investment in the club's future.
"Sebastian Rudy comes on a free, while we have come to a serious and fair agreement with Hoffenheim for Niklas Sule," he added.
Ancelotti's side are currently three points clear at the top of the league ahead of surprise challengers Red Bull Zeipzig. They travel to Freiburg on Friday night as the German league returns after their winter break.
