Ireland's Katie Taylor recorded a dominant second win as a professional beating Viviane Obenhauf 60-53 on the judge's scorecard.

Taylor began the fight using her sublime footwork to glide in-and-out against Obenhauf and land when she pleased. Jabbing to the body and then landing counter left-hooks at will, she easily won the round.

Round 2 opened with a flurry with the Bray native knocking her opponent down after she rushed in and got clipped with a hook. Taylor saw out the rest of the round comfortably.

The third round saw Obenhauf attempt to make a brawl of the fight but Taylor was too smart and too quick. The Irishwoman landed a crisp straight right hand as the round drew to a close.

Taylor upped the tempo in the fourth and by this stage the brave Obenhauf was beginning to wilt. Taylor reverted to the left hook again but also landed a couple of noticeable body shots.

Taylor began the fifth where she left off in the fourth. She forced her opponent back and controlled the Brazilian like a matador would a bull, picking her off as she rushed in.

The Olympic gold medalist opened the final round with a trademark left hook before allowing her superior movement to dictate the pace of the remaining two minutes. She looked as if she could go six more such was her dominance.
