Sean O'Brien ruled out as Josh van der Flier starts

Irish flanker Sean O'Brien has been ruled out of Ireland's clash with Australia later today.

Josh van der Flier will take his place in the starting line-up while Peter O'Mahony is named on the bench. 

Rory Best leads the side in his 100th cap with Michael Cheika's Australia looking to ruin the party. 

Elsewhere, England beat Argentina 27-14 despite playing the majority of the game with 14 men after Elliott Daly was sent off after a horrendous tackle on Leo Senatore. Late on Enriqure Pieretto, also saw red for stamping on Joe Marler's face.

Scotland beat Georgia 43-16 at Rugby Park in Kilmarnock while Italy followed up last weekend's historic win over South Africa by losing to Tonga 19-17.
