The training session came before the team lost 3-1 to Chile
Training sessions can give teams a chance to hone their skills and tactics ahead of a game, but it can also give a chance for players to let their hair down and relax.
Ahead of Tuesday night's World Cup qualifier between Chile and Uruguay, the Uruguayan FA released a video of a training session with a difference. As the team were preparing for the game in Santiago, Luis Suarez ended up in goals, and even scored, in a way only he could, in the training session.
The Barcelona striker scored from a kickout with his hands, as the ball looped in over the opposition including the opposition's goalkeepers.
In his 90th appearance for his country, Suarez failed to find the back of the net as Uruguay lost 3-1, to remain in second place in South American Qualification. Edinson Cavani scored the only goal for the two-time World champions.
At least Suarez knows, he may have a career as a long punter in the NFL, once his football career finishes.
