The New York card isn't short of a few stars
The UFC have released their extended preview for UFC 205, and it's fair to say it's Conor McGregor heavy.
The card, which takes place on November 12th in Madison Square Garden, New York, will also see Tyron Woodley (Welterweight) and Joanna Jedrzejczyk (Strawweight) defend their belts as they take on Stephen Thompson and Karolina Kowalkiewicz.
However, judging by the latest - and longest - promo released by the UFC, it's clear what bout the company is banking on pulling in PPV buys. The fight between McGregor and Eddie Alvarez has dominated most of the promotional campaign so far and this preview is no different.
If that didn't get you excited for arguably the best card in the history of MMA, it's worth noting that the preview you just watched didn't even mention former champions Chris Weidmann, Frankie Edgar, Miesha Tate, as well as fan favourites Donald Cerrone, Rashad Evans, Tim Kennedy, or Khabib Nurmagomedov, all of whom will be fighting in the lead up to the three back-to-back title fights.
Now that's what we call a stacked card.
