Seamus Power has made a jump up the leaderboard after his second round at the Olympic golf tournament in Rio.

The Waterford man carded a round of 67 today for a 4-under which lifts him into a tie for ninth as things stand.

While he charges up the leaderboard, Padraig Harrington had to settle for a level par round to remain on 1-under.

Australia's Marcus Fraser and  Belgium's Thomas Pieters share the lead from 9-under par.

Sweden's Henrik Stenson is just one shot off that lead, while Great Britain's Justin Rose is on 6-under.
