Juan Martin Del Potro's back on the radar as he knocks Wawrinka out of Wimbledon

Former US Open winner Juan Martin Del Potro has knocked fourth seed Stan Wawrinka out of this year's Wimbledon Championship.

The Argentine is still making his comeback from long-term wrist injury, having returned to action in February.

Del Potro beat two-time Grand Slam winner Wawrinka three sets to one, despite losing the opening one 6-3.

However, the 2009 US Open winner roared back, winning the next three sets 6-3 7-6 6-3 to win the match.

"It is like my second or third career now after all the injuries," an overjoyed Del Potro told BBC Sport after his victory which puts him into the third round.
