Shane Lowry drops back in golf's world rankings

There's no change for Rory McIlroy though

Shane Lowry has dropped four places to 40th in the latest golf World Rankings released today.

Rory Mc Ilroy remains third, Jason Day is first while new PGA Championship winner Chris Wood has risen from 54th to 22nd in the standings as a result of his Wentworth victory.

Jordan Spieth stays second, with Bubba Watson and Rickie Fowler fourth and fifth respectively.

Lowry was as high as 19th in the world after his victory at Firestone last August.
