Fresh from creating history and changing the status-quo of Irish rugby, you can forgive Connacht captain John Muldoon for wanting to keep his most prized possession close to him.

Following yesterday's defeat of Leinster in the Pro12 final, Connacht's new heroes were given a rapturous reception in Galway late last night after arriving home, and after a tough day's work, Muldoon woke up next to the trophy this morning.

Dreams do come true.... #GoodnightGalway
