Hull City have been promoted back to the Premier League.

The Tigers beat Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 in today's Championship play-off final at Wembley to join Middlesbrough and Burnley in next season's top flight.

Mohamed Diame got the goal late on in a match dubbed the "£170 million game" due to the lucrative TV money available next season, with Ireland internationals on both sides.

Kieren Westwood kept goal for Wednesday, while midfielder David Meyler lined out for Hull.
