The Bulgarian selected the Irish captain up front in his all-time XI
Dimitar Bertbatov was once one of the most revered strikers in the world, playing with the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Champions League finalists Bayer Leverkusen in 2002.
That Leverkusen side featured an array of international class, including the likes of Michael Ballack and World Cup winner Lucio, but neither of them made the cut in the Bulgarian's all-time XI of players he has lined out with.
In the side he has chosen nine players from his time at Manchester United, and our very own Robbie Keane to partner him up front.
Keane and Berbatov formed a lethal partnership together during their time at Spurs, with the pair scoring 43 goals between them in the 2007/08 season.
"I struck a great partnership at Tottenham with Keane. With him, we didn't speak much off the pitch - obviously because of me as I don't speak too much," Berbatov said to the Fantasy Football Club.
"He knew this and when we stepped on the pitch, he was great and we scored a lot of goals together.
'I like him as a person and again, he was tireless. He would run around, screaming, supporting his team-mates and trying to make everyone feel good.
"I never saw him get offended about anything else, he was positive and a great guy."
