He was filmed being interviewed by police outside a London nightclub
England and Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere denies any involvement in an altercation while on a night out in London's West End early on Sunday morning.
The Daily Mirror has obtained footage and claims he was questioned by police following an argument.
However, no arrests were made.
According to ESPN, Arsenal have confirmed that the player was at the scene but emphasised that he denies involvement in any nightclub altercation.
But ESPN also adds that the club intends to speak to the player even if no rules were broken by being on a night out.
Wilshere is yet to play this season after breaking his leg but he is back in full training.
With just weeks to go until the end of the season in the lead up to Euro 2016, his Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger had backed the midfielder's chances of making into England's squad for the tournament.
