Laois and Cork among the winners in tonight's under-21 action

There were four games tonight in the Eirgrid Under-21 provincial championships.

Laois held on to beat Wicklow by 0-20 points to 2-09 at O'Moore Park in Leinster.

Meanwhile in the two Munster quarter-finals tonight, Cork booked a last-four match against Waterford after a 15 point win over Clare in Cooraclare, with a final score of 0-23 points to 0-8.

A Kerry team down to 14 men defeated Tipperary by 0-11 to 1-07 in Austin Stack Park which means that The Kingdom will now host Limerick in next week's semi-finals.

And in Ulster, Derry saw off Antrim 0-16 to 0-11 in the preliminary round match at Owenbeg to set up a quarter-final against Donegal in Ballybofey.
