When Irish fans think of Liam Brady, some will think of the star of the star of the 1970's and 1980's and some will think of Brady as a face on our television screens covering Ireland matches.
Arsenal fans think of Brady as one of the best players in the clubs history. The 60-year-old was to take part in a Legend's Tour of the Emirates Stadium which Arsenal fan Martin Toomey had hoped to make.
Toomey is currently in hospital, so Brady made the visit to him. The reaction shows what Brady means to Arsenal fans of a certain age.
Brady played for Arsenal between 1973 and 1980. The Dublin native played over 300 matches for the Highbury club before moving to Italy where he had spells with Juventus, Sampdoria, Inter Milan and Ascoli.
