The draw for the Europa League has all of a sudden gotten very interesting
Liverpool and Manchester United have been drawn together in the Europa League as the two sides face off for the first time in Europe.
That landmark occasion got people on social media talking, as fans of both sides gave their take on the draw, which is the first time that two English teams will meet in European competition in quite a long time.
There were also plenty of people on hand to remind those fans that the Europa League is not the Champions League.

As for manager Jurgen Klopp, he was speaking ahead of the Capital One Cup final and stated that it was "great" that his side had drawn Manchester United in the Europa League: "We deserve these games. It’s not easy. I told my staff yesterday that I wanted Man United".
Meanwhile, Simon Mignolet added that, while most of the squad had been hard at work during the draw, the news did trickle down.

That leaves a very difficult run of fixtures for Klopp and his side across the next five games however, as they face Manchester City twice, Crystal Palace, and then Manchester United twice.
