Former Tottenham and West Ham boss claims Jose Mourinho to Manchester United is a done deal.

There has been plenty of speculation that United have lined up the ex-Chelsea manager to replace Louis van Gaal, but Redknapp says he has heard that a deal is complete.

"From the people I know who are in the know, it seems Jose Mourinho to United is a done deal," he told US radio station Sirius XM, going on to describe Van Gaal's recent spell in charge of Man United as a "disaster".

United are fifth in the Premier League, six points off fourth and have already been eliminated from the Champions League at the group stage.
