Real Madrid star is up against Barcelona rival on Ballon D'Or shortlist
Cristiano Ronaldo is convinced that he is the best footballer on the planet - and there is nothing wrong with having self-belief.
But the Real Madrid forward does admit that his rival for the sport's great honours has one superior part to his game.
He and Lionel Messi are vying for the Ballon D'Or award for 2015, which will be awarded tonight and on pre-ceremony media duty alongside his Barcelona rival and the third player on the shortlist, Neymar, Ronaldo conceded that Messi's left foot is from a planet that even he can't reach.
"His left foot is pretty good - better than mine. I'd like to have his left foot," said the Portugal captain.
Messi for his part was unsurprisingly magnanimous about Ronaldo, stating that, "Envy is a very negative trait. Cristiano has many great qualities which every player would like to have. We each have our individual styles."
