Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admits he is not keen on the idea of the FIFA Ballon D'Or award.

Tonight we will find out the identity of the winner of the biggest individual award in world football for 2015 with Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Neymar making up the three-man shortlist for the Ballon D'Or.

But Wenger thinks it does not make sense to highlight individualism in a sport where collective effort is paramount.

"I'm not a big fan of that. We are in a team sport and it looks a little bit not logical to me to encourage just individual effort," he said.

"We live already in a society where it's all about individualism."
