The Waterford native will act as a strength and conditioning coach during pre-season
The League of Ireland season begins in March, and newly promoted Wexford Youths have made an important and intriguing signing ahead of their first season in the Premier Division.
Former Wexford and Kildare manager Jason Ryan has joined the Ferrycarrig Park side as a strength and conditioning coach for pre-season according to The Sun.
Ryan played inter-county football for London and his native Waterford. He stepped down as Kildare's manager in August. They exited the Championship after a 27-point defeat to Kerry in the All-Ireland quarter final.
Wexford Youths were promoted to the Premier Division for the first time in their history, after winning the First Division last year. They begin their Premier Division campaign at home to Longford Town on March 4th.
