The Scot has started only four Premier League games this season
Norwich City have agreed a "deal in principle" with Everton for the £8m purchase of Steven Naismith, according to reports.
The Guardian writes that the promoted side renewed interest from the summer for the Scot's signature, but face competition from other Premier League sides.
Naismsith has started only four Premier League games this season and has been ommitted since the loss to Manchester United at Goodison Park in mid-October.

Roberto Martínez had already turned down a £7m bid, suggesting then that the player was “too important to Everton” to be sold.
After holding face-to-face talks with Naismith it now appears Martinez is happy to let the 29-year-old leave the club with Sunderland, Swansea City, Aston Villa and Newcastle United all said to be interested in securing his services.
