The Irish provinces are in European action this weekend, as Ulster face Toulouse and Connact take on the Newcastle Falcons.

Rory Best returns to captain the side and will start in the front row alongside Wiehahn Herbst and Kyle McCall, who supporters recently voted as Ulster's Kingspan Player of the Month for November.

Craig Gilroy and Andrew Trimble will both start on opposite wings, while Ruan Pienaar and Paddy Jackson will continue to direct play from the half back positions.

For Connacht, Tiernan O'Halloran will captain the side, and there is a new midfield partnership with Rory Parata and Peter Robb, both academy players, named to start. Niyi Adeolokun is promoted to the right wing while Matt Healy, on the left, gets his first taste of European action this season.
