Both players are coming into the final year of their deals with Arsenal
Arsene Wenger is confident that Arsenal will not be selling either Mesut Ozil or Alexis Sanchez during the transfer window.
There has been intense speculation regarding the future of both players, with their current deals coming to an end next year.
Contract negotiations were postponed earlier this year and both players have been linked with transfer rumours.
Manchester City and Bayern Munich are among the clubs believed to be interested in buying Sanchez, while Ozil has also been linked with a move elsewhere.
Wenger, who signed a two-year contract extension earlier this week, insists that both players will stay on.
Speaking to beIN SPORTS, the Arsenal manager said:
"This summer, first of all they will stay at the club and hopefully we can extend their contract."
"I believe, at the moment, we're not on that front. We're focused on keeping the team together and to see how we can strengthen the team.
"When you sign a contract somewhere, you commit to give your best until the end of the last day of that contract. I would say 'why should they not give their best?'.
"The interest of any player is always to play football and well, even more so at the end of your contact. If you're a winner, you want to win the game you're playing."
After missing out on Champions League football for the first time in over 20 years, Arsenal's dismal season ended on a positive note when they captured the FA Cup last weekend.
Wenger's position was questioned repeatedly throughout the year, but the club hierarchy have chosen to place their faith in the Frenchman, who has been in charge for over two decades.
