Russell Brand: Katy Perry and I were “incompatible”

Russell Brand has admitted that he and Katy Perry were ‘incompatible’.

In an Australian TV interview the comedian says marrying after just a year highlighted their differences.

He added that if it is clear two people are not right together – it is better to end it quickly.

The Rock Of Ages wed the singer in October 2010 in India but Brand filed for divorce in December last year citing “irreconcilable differences”.

The actor comedian lashed out at talk show host Graham Norton on his show in June after being asked about the relationship.
