Dart services experiencing delays due to flooding

Darts between Dun Laoghaire and Bray were temporarily cancelled earlier

Dart services have been experiencing a number of delays due to bad weather.

Earlier, Irish Rail said that flooding had forced the cancellation of Dart services between Dun Laoghaire and Bray.

Limited services were available between Pearse and Dun Laoghaire stations, while Connolly-Rosslare services were operating with delays.

A number of rain warnings are in place across the country this afternoon.

Drivers are being urged to take additional care on the roads as many are expected to be greasy following recent warm weather.

Irish rail have said that most services have resumed but there could still be delays.
