Gardaí seize over €300,000 in organised crime crackdown

Gardaí in Dublin have seized over €300,000 in cash during a crackdown on organised crime in the city.

The money was seized during a planned search yesterday Thursday 4th May by the Garda National Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau at an address in the Sandyford area of Dublin 18.

Gardaí said cash counting and packaging equipment was also confiscated.

Two men in their 30s have been arrested.

One man is being detained at Blackrock Garda Station while a second is being held at Clondalkin Garda Station.
