The event will be held at the Iveagh Gardens from June 15th-18th
More than 30 chefs will take part in this year's Taste of Dublin event, which is taking place between June 15th and 18th.
Around 32,000 people are expected to attend over the course of the four-day event in the capital's Iveagh Gardens.
This year's theme is 'Flavours of the World', with the event set to examine how Ireland's food culture has become 'more outward looking' in recent years.
Reflecting that theme, chefs and restaurants are being asked to incorporate an element of foreign cuisine into the menus they offer at Taste of Dublin.
Chefs set to offer live demonstrations at this year's Taste of Dublin include Kevin Dundon, Clodagh McKenna, Kwan Ghi Chan and Neven Maguire.
Chefs from Irish restaurants such as Forest and Marcy, 777 / Super Miss Sue, Loam and Belfast's Eipic will also be in attendance.
This year's schedule also includes an Electrolux ‘Make Life Delicious’ cookery school, while special family afternoons will be held on the Saturday and Sunday.
Taste of Dublin Managing Director, Avril Bannerton, said: "We wanted to highlight how outward looking Irish food and drink can be through our choice of theme for this year’s Taste of Dublin.
"As well as the many favourite dishes that people have come to know and love they will also have the chance to taste some new internationally inspired Flavours of the World - be it a foreign twist on an Irish classic or simply an international favourite cooked by some of the greatest chefs and restaurants operating in this country."
She added: "As always, all dishes will be of the very highest quality, and we think everyone who attends this year will be in for a uniquely special experience."
