Mist and fog patches in parts of the south and southwest clearing and the day will be mostly dry. Rather cloudy in many places this morning but sunny spells in Munster and some short sunny breaks developing in other areas this afternoon through rather cloudy overall.
Some patchy drizzle is likely at times during the day in northern areas and perhaps the odd shower elsewhere this afternoon, but dry in most areas.
Light breezes generally, moderate in some northern parts and top temperatures of 12 and 16 degrees Celsius, highest in the south.
Mostly dry if rather cloudy and misty tonight, with some patchy drizzle in some northern parts. Fog developing in some southern and southwestern counties.
Winds light and lowest temperatures of 7 or 8 degrees Celsius in many areas, but 4 or 5 degrees Celsius in some southern areas, where clear periods occur.
