Most areas beginning dry with hazy sunshine - just a slight frost locally. However, cloud will gradually thicken to produce some outbreaks of rain or drizzle; persistent in the northwest, but with just small amounts if any across southern counties.

Rather mild and humid; highest temps of 9 to 12 degrees, in mostly moderate southwest breezes.

Misty at first tonight with patchy drizzle. Somewhat clearer skies developing overnight but turning rather chilly.  Lowest temperatures of 3 to 6 degrees, in light southerly breezes.
