€100,000 stolen in raid on Greystones ATM

This is the third time the Permanent TSB branch in Greystones has been targeted by raiders this year

Approximately €100,000 has been stolen during a raid on an ATM in County Wicklow.

The machine connected to a Permanent TSB branch in Greystones was robbed at around 4.20am this morning.

Gardaí said the scene has been preserved for a technical examination and investigations are ongoing.

It is believed the ATM was severely damaged and there is no word yet on any potential suspects.

This is the third time the branch's been targeted by raiders this year.
