Two men arrested in connection with a serious sex assault in Dublin yesterday have been released without charge.

The incident happened at around 3.20am yesterday morning in the Newlands Road area of Clondalkin.

The victim, who is in her thirties, was attacked by a group of men as she was walking home.

It is alleged they dragged her into nearby bushes were she was assaulted.

Gardaí have appealed to witnesses - drivers, taxi-drivers, pedestrians, or anyone with information, to contact Ronanstown Garda Station, and they say their investigations are continuing.
