The residents in Longboat Quay may need to pay for the work on their homes
Concerns are being raised that residents of Longboat Quay in Dublin will be forced to pay for fire safety work on the complex.
Dublin City Council's being accused of reneging on a deal it had reached with the management company to deal with a number of issues at the site.
The development has been found to breach fire safety regulations and residents have been told they'll have to move out if the building isn't brought up to standard.
The repairs are expected to cost in the region of €2 million to complete.
