A man in his 20s was arrested following the discovery
A man appeared in court this morning after €750,000 worth of cocaine was seized at Dublin Airport.
During routine profiling Revenue officers stopped a 25-year-old Irish man who had arrived on a flight from Paris yesterday.
A search of his suitcase revealed four apparently empty rucksacks, each of which was found to have a concealment of cocaine sewn into the back panel.
11kg of the drugs were seized and the passenger was arrested by an Garda Síochána.
He appeared in court this morning charged with the sale, supply and importation of drugs and was remanded in custody for a week.
