Radio station and HSE office in Limerick evacuated after bomb scare

The area has since been declared safe

The offices of a Limerick radio station and a HSE office were evacuated this afternoon following a bomb threat.

Garda were alerted and they carried out a search of the building.

They declared the area at Limerick's Live 95fm safe within an hour, while the adjacent HSE offices were also evacuated as a precaution.

Gardaí at near by Henry Street are investigating.
