Sunday's weather: Rain, no rain... rain again

Today

It will be overcast at first today with scattered outbreaks of rain or drizzle. It will become brighter as the day goes on however showers will develop in the north and east and may be heavy at times. Highest temperatures 16 to 20 degrees. It will be warmest inland in the south and southeast.

Tonight

Showers will dry out early tonight, but rain and drizzle will spread in from the Atlantic and become persistent in most areas before morning.  Light to moderate winds expected overnight and it should stay rather mild with lowest temperatures 11 or 12 degrees.
