A US department store has sent a woman Chewbacca masks for her whole family, after a video of her laughing became an internet.

Candace Payne is seen - and heard - in the Facebook video rejoicing over a mask that makes noises when she opens her mouth.

The video, shared on Thursday, has reached almost 90 million views.

It shows her excitedly explain to viewers that she has just bought the 'Star Wars' gift as a birthday present for herself, and laugh as she puts it on.

"I'm in a parking lot and people are literally looking at me like crazy - I don't even care," she says.

"That's not me making that noise, it's the mask!", she laughs.

As she laughs hysterically, she exclaims: "Oh I'm such a happy Chewbacca!".

"This is worth every penny!".

"It is the best birthday present ever to myself...it's the simple joys", she adds.

Now department store Kohl's has sent Payne and her family all masks for them to wear.

They also sent them lots of other 'Star Wars' accessories, saying: "Candace made the Internet's day, so we wanted to make hers".
