Two people are still being questioned in connection with the attack
Gardaí investigating a shooting in Cork city at the weekend have recovered a handgun.
A 21-year-old woman was injured in the incident at a house on Blarney Road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
She received a gunshot wound to her neck and was taken to Cork University Hospital for treatment.
Gardaí carried out searches at wasteland on the north side of the city this morning and found what is believed to be the handgun that was used in the attack
Two people - a man and a woman - are still being questioned in connection with the attack.
