Monday's weather: Cloudy with some drizzle, drier later

Cloudy this morning with scattered outbreaks of light rain or drizzle but becoming drier and brighter by afternoon, apart from isolated showers in the north.

Cool with highest temperatures 8 to 12 degrees celsius.

Moderate to fresh, west to northwest winds will veer northwest to north as the day goes on while becoming gusty further north.


Isolated showers will continue to affect northern coasts tonight but elsewhere will be dry with well broken cloud.

Northwest to north winds will slacken over land and it will turn colder.

Lowest temperatures 0 to +4 degrees Celsius, giving slight grass frost inland.
