Army bomb squad called to suspect device in Dublin home

The house was under renovations when the device was discovered

The army bomb squad's been called to a house in Stillorgan Dublin this evening.

It's understood a device was found during the course of renovation works at the property.

The device - which has yet to be formally identified - is said to be historical in nature.

The EOD team and Gardai have been called to the scene as a precaution.
