Dublin’s tallest office block has been given the go ahead.

The €80 million Nama-funded Exo Building at the Point Village has been granted permission by Dublin City Council.

The project will create 350 construction jobs.

It is expected to be significantly taller than any of the existing docklands offices built in recent years at 73 metres tall.

In comparison, Liberty Hall just off O'Connell Street is 59 metres tall, while the Montevetro Building owned by Google just off Grand Canal Dock is 67 metres.
