Half a million in cocaine seized in Dublin

No arrests have been made

Half a million euro worth of cocaine has been seized in Dublin.

The seven kilos of drugs were recovered as part of an planned operation at Coolquay, The Ward yesterday.

Gardaí from the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and officers from Finglas Garda Station conducted the search and say the haul is a significant blow to criminals involved in organised crime.

In a statement Gardaí say they believe it'll seriously disrupt the sale and supply of cocaine in the Dublin region.

No arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
