Gardai investigating Vincent Ryan murder make third arrest

One of the two men already arrested has been released without charge

Gardaí investigating the murder of Vincent Ryan in Dublin last month have made a third arrest.

The 43 year-old man, who was detained yesterday evening, is currently being held at Blanchardstown Garda station.

25-year-old Vincent Ryan was shot dead on McKee Road in Finglas on the 29th of February.

Two men aged in their 30s were arrested following searches in north and west Dublin on Tuesday morning, as part of the investigation into the murder.

One man - who was detained in Blanchardstown - was released without charge yesterday.

The other remains in Garda custody in Finglas.
