Good sunny intervals will develop in most areas, but cloud may linger well into the afternoon in some parts, especially parts of the southwest. Cool, especially along eastern and southern coasts, in a light to moderate easterly breeze. Maximum temperatures 8 to 11 Celsius.
Tonight will be dry, with good clear intervals everywhere. Very cold, with widespread sharp frost. Fog patches also, especially in the midlands and north, in calm conditions. Minimum temperatures minus 3 to plus 1 Celsius.
