Diplomacy is hungry business
It proved a long night for EU leaders in Brussels yesterday, as negotiations over David Cameron's reform demands continued to drag on over two days.
Eventually, EU Council President Donald Tusk announced that a deal to keep Britain in the union had been struck.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel was left a bit peckish during the talks, and quickly nipped out to get some chips.
The man behind the counter was clearly not used to seeing Europe's most powerful politician ordering late-night frites, and took a selfie to celebrate the moment.
Frau Merkel was only too happy to oblige.
