'The tackle should be dropped to waist level or below'

Ex-Ireland international Frankie Sheahan says changed need to made to make rugby safer.

George declared on Saturday, after the 10-9 Six Nations loss to France in the Stade de France, that he feels Johnny Sexton should speak to his wife and family, after taking another heavy blow.

Former Ireland international Frankie Sheahan is also worried about Sexton, and said he 'doesn't blame France for targeting him' as it's currently within the laws of the game.

Sheahan wants the legal tackle to be below waist level only, as it would bring less risk of concussions.

He also says that even when he played the scrum was 'very dangerous' and he doesn't know how more necks weren't broken.
