An absurdly small margin separated Bernie Sanders and Hilary Clinton in the Iowa caucus, but Sanders holds a clear 17% lead in the polls leading up to their next battle in New Hampshire on Tuesday.

However, his supporters are not resting on their laurels just yet - and some are going the extra mile to show their enthusiasm for the 74-year-old social democrat's policies.

Aartisitc Inc. Tattoo in Montpelier, Vermont - the senator's home state - is offering free tattoos of Sanders to all comers.

The design, based on Sander's signature unkempt hair and thick-rimmed glasses, will remain available to all supporters so long as her remains in the race.

According to the Burlington Free Press, the design has already graced the arms, legs, necks and ribs of dozens of locals.

Tattoo artist Chad Fay says he has given Sanders tattoos to 15 people in the last week alone.
