A woman (44) from Guyana was stopped on Tuesday and found to have ingested 100 pellets of cocaine
A 44-year-old woman has been arrested after 1.7 kilos of cocaine was seized at Dublin Airport.
The woman, from Guyana, was stopped by gardaí and Revenue officers on Tuesday and found to have ingested 100 pellets.
They contained cocaine worth around €120,000.
The woman was detained at Ballymun Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act .
