Health officials have confirmed a new death from Ebola, just hours after the World Health Organisation declared the outbreak in West Africa over.

Sierra Leone was declared free of the virus in November, but two tests on a person who died in the north of the country earlier this week proved positive.

More than 11,000 people have been killed since the outbreak began two years ago.
