Where can you recycle your Christmas tree in Ireland?

If you missed the annual Christmas Tree Throwing Championship on Sunday, you can still put your tree to good use

Today is Nollaig na mBan or ‘Women's Little Christmas’ as it is also known and marks the end of the festive season.

It’s also more than likely the day when you realise your Christmas tree is well passed its sell-by-date and needs to come down along with the rest of the decorations... sigh.

But fear not, as you make way for spring 2015, you can also put your tree to good use by recycling it at centres across the country.
