It will be a mild, windy day today with rain slowly spreading eastwards.
Hazy sunshine for many this morning but rain will develop in the southwest and west becoming heavy in places and then gradually extending eastwards.
Mild and windy with temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees in fresh to strong south to southeast winds.
The cloud and scattered outbreaks of rain will continue to clear eastwards out into the Irish Sea but will become slow-moving there.
For most though a dry night with temperatures falling no lower than 10 or 11 degrees and southerly winds easing.
A few heavy showers will develop in parts of the west.
